Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vital Pet Health. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at [email protected], or call us at (833) 812-0801 Monday-Friday between 10am-5pm EST.

Customers may return any unopened product(s) within 30 (thirty) days of purchase for a full refund by original method of payment or store credit* Products for return must be postmarked within 30 (thirty) days of the original purchase date, in new and unmarked condition, with all original labels attached. Damaged products will not qualify for a refund. Closeout purchases are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund.

For the health and safety of all our furry friends, we are unable to receive and refund purchase price(s) for open products.

We do recommend that you obtain a tracking number to ensure your delivery has been received.
If you would prefer, a pre-paid $10 (ten dollar) return address label can be provided, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund total.

* For Orders Placed with Amazon Pay:
Orders paid for with Amazon Pay and returned to Vital Pet Health will be refunded via merchandise credit for future purchases from Vital Pet Health. Vital Pet Health is unable to provide a refund in the original form of purchase when Amazon Pay is utilized, due to the Amazon policy of restriction of credit card information.

* For Orders Placed with PayPal:
At this time, orders paid for with PayPal and returned to Vital Pet Health will be refunded via merchandise credit for future purchases.

After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed in the original method of payment, or for store credit. Please allow at least 5 (five) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Defective, damaged, or missing items:
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes product(s) may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged product(s), or are missing an item from your order, please email us at [email protected] or call us at (833) 812-0801. Give us your name, order number and the product(s) name that was damaged or missing and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
