Vital Pet Health LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Vital Pet Health wants you to be happy and healthy, which is why we offer a 90 day no questions asked money back guarantee! If for any reason, you decide that any of our products are not working for you, just send us the bottle(s) and we will gladly refund all your money. If after using any product for 90 days and you are not satisfied here are the steps for a full refund.
- Contact us by calling (888) 370-5688 or Email us at [email protected] Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We will process your return and provide you with a confirmation number and a return address. This is a simple and effortless process.
- Simply return the empty canister, the Vital Pet Health invoice that you received with your order, and the confirmation number you received.
- It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend that you opt for a tracking number to ensure delivery.
- We must receive the canister within 90 days from the date of the original purchase price for the refund to be valid.
- Your entire order will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, if all bottles purchased are returned.
- Resale of Vital Pet Health products is not allowed; therefore, empty bottles will be refunded only after enough time has transpired for a single customer to consume our products as directed on the label.
These guidelines were created to keep you happy and at the same time ensure that we can continue to provide our world class products to other satisfied customers for years to come. Returning any of our products without complying with our policy will unfortunately deem your return transaction non-refundable.
After complying with the above steps, please allow time for shipping, quality control, communication with credit card companies, and the banks as you patiently await your refund.
